These terms apply to the Patch Keeper community website at patchkeeper.runnitmusic.com, operated by Runnit. Contact runnitpromo@gmail.com for support, content reports or questions. By creating an account, submitting content or participating in the community, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and community conduct
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You must be able to agree to these terms under the law that applies to you. The community is not intended for children under 13.
Do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or misleading content; impersonate others; expose another person’s private information; spam the community; distribute malware or stolen material; bypass access controls; or interfere with the site. Do not upload executable installers, scripts or unrelated files disguised as presets. Report suspected abuse to the contact email above.
Your presets, packs, artwork and previews
Only submit material you own or have permission to distribute, including presets, samples, artwork and audio. Describe required instruments, versions and external samples accurately. State the usage license and whether a listing is free or paid. Do not imply that third-party commercial plugins or sample packs are included when they are not.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give Runnit permission to store, review, reproduce, format and display it to operate Patch Keeper, and to distribute files that you approve for public download. This permission includes producing 64×64 pack-cover thumbnails and playing your supplied audio previews. It does not transfer ownership or allow unrelated resale of your content.
Pack covers uploaded through the member submission form are cropped and re-encoded to 64×64 pixels; their full-size originals are not retained in permanent cover storage. Keep your own copies. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Review does not guarantee legality, safety, compatibility or approval. We may decline, edit presentation, remove or request corrections to listings and community content.
Do not upload confidential material. Published profiles, discussions and listings are public. Artwork and preview media may be accessible through public media URLs even while a listing awaits review. Contact us if you need content removed; we cannot remove copies already downloaded or shared by other people.
Downloads, licenses and paid listings
Use each download under the license stated by its creator. A free download does not automatically permit redistribution, resale or unrestricted use. If the license is unclear, ask the creator before using it. You remain responsible for obtaining required instruments, samples and other software.
Paid listings link to external stores. Patch Keeper does not process those purchases or deliver their paid files. The seller’s terms, support and refund policy apply to that transaction. A listing or link does not mean that Runnit endorses the seller or guarantees its product.
Files are validated and listings are moderated, but those checks are not antivirus scanning or a compatibility certification. Keep backups and evaluate files before using them in important sessions. The desktop Patch Keeper app and third-party software may have separate licenses and system requirements.
Reports and account restrictions
For copyright or other content complaints, email the affected URL, a description of the issue, your contact information and information supporting your ownership or authority. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may contact the uploader, restrict access or remove reported material while reviewing a complaint.
We may limit submissions, suspend accounts or remove content to address violations, security risks, legal requirements or disruption. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision was mistaken. You may stop using the service or request account closure at any time. Account closure does not automatically recall downloaded files or remove all public discussion history; tell us what content you want reviewed for removal or anonymization.
Availability and responsibility
The community is provided as available. Features, availability, moderation and file limits can change, and uninterrupted service or storage is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Runnit does not warrant that the site or user-submitted material will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose or compatible with your setup. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Our Privacy Policy explains account, Google sign-in, security and content data handling. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Material changes apply prospectively; where required, we will provide notice or request renewed agreement.
